Speaking up is a skill. Most women were taught
the opposite.
Moral courage is easy to admire and hard to practice. Her Shakti is about the capacity to say the true thing in the room where it costs something.
Why Her Shakti exists
Women continue to be underrepresented in leadership. Not for lack of talent, but because of systemic barriers.
In most rooms, speaking up costs some people more than others. Naming a bad decision, dissenting, or telling the truth about what is happening carries a different price depending on who you are. Many women learn early that silence is the safe option, and pay for that silence later.
Her Shakti exists to treat courage as a skill rather than a personality trait, and to keep pressure on the systems that make speaking up expensive in the first place.
The work centers women as leaders.
Without asking them to harden, shrink, or perform.

How the Work Shows Up
In partnership with companies and organizations advancing women in leadership.
Her Shakti works in two directions at once.
SKILL
The practical capability to advocate for yourself and others, name what you see, and lead without shrinking.
SYSTEMS
The reward structures, promotion criteria, and cultural norms that decide whose voice is safe to use.
Both are necessary. Individual growth without systems change leaves women carrying a problem they did not create.
